Arrangements Carol Service Weds 18th December

Hello, Here are the arrangements for Wednesday: 1200: Meet in Music block 1210: Depart for Central Drive to meet coaches. If you are late we will not wait for you. 1215: Depart for St. Peter's Church. Arrive at 1230. 1230-1300: Lunch - Bring a packed lunch 1300-1500: Rehearsal 1510: Meet coaches 1515: Depart for school. Arrive at 1525. If you wish to go home straight from St Peter's, I will require a signed note from your parents giving you permission to do this. No note, and you're coming back on the coach. The evening: Meet at 1830 (no later) in the octagon room (I will go through this on the day). Dress: full winter uniform for Years 7-11. Smart all black for 6th form. The service will commence at 1900 and will last for around an hour and 15 mins. I will bring choir music to the rehearsal, but once you have it, it is your responsibility. Christmas and Beaumont Music

Right people, A quick run down if you are new/not tuned-in: Saturday 7th Dec: Beaumont Christmas Fair 11am-2pm, Beaumont School Beaumont Brass Band "B ³ " and Louisa's Year 13 Choir Tuesday 10th Dec: Beaumont Christmas Concert, 7pm, Beaumont School All ensembles Rehearsals during the day from break, arrive in Music Dept. at 6.30pm in full winter uniform Tickets £2/£4, available on the door Wednesday 18th Dec: Beaumont Carol Service, 7pm, St. Peter's Church, St. Albans Choir, Vocal Ensemble, Training Ensemble and Male Voice Choir Rehearsal during the day in the church, meeting details to follow Be at St. Peter's at 6.30pm in full winter uniform No tickets, it is a church service, though please arrive in good time as traffic is often an issue Be on it. Year 11: Composition and Performance 1 Pro Forma

Dear Year 11, Today you will be finalising the pro forma that goes with your first performance and composition. You have already filled in 3 of the 4 boxes. The file should be on your area, named B351 Commentary Pro Forma or similar. Blank copies can be found here . The final box asks you to comment on your performance. Follow the guidelines and my advice to fill it in. Aim for 100 words, but more is fine. Click here to access recordings of your performances. You will need them to fill in the final box. Download and save them to your area. Listen to your own only please, be considerate. Once you have filled in this box, check over the commentary as a whole. It is worth 10 marks.
