Summer Concert: Essential Information
Right,
The Summer Concert is on Tuesday 19th July
It takes place at St. Paul's Church, Blandford Road, St. Albans, and starts at 7pm.
Tickets are £5/£3, and are available on the door.
Information for Students:
We will meet in Music at the start of Period 5 on Tuesday. We will then travel (with all instruments and equipment) by coach to St. Paul's Church.
6th Form/Year 11 - further information will following regarding your travel arrangements.
Bring a packed lunch.
We will rehearse the various ensembles until 3.25pm. If you are only in 1 or 2 ensembles, please bring some reading/homework with you.
At 3.25pm, you will make your own way home. If this is a problem, you must let me know asap.
You will need to be back at St. Paul's no later than 6.30pm.
Information for Parents:
In addition to the student information, there are some things I would like you to be aware of. As outlined in the ParentMail sent a couple of weeks ago, students will be making their own way home from St. Paul's Church. Please let me know asap if this is going to cause you a problem.
Plea for help with equipment transfer!
- If anyone is available to collect equipment, and transfer it to St. Paul's Church, on the 19th July, at 12pm, we would be very grateful.
- More importantly, if anyone is able to take home equipment after the concert, and return it at some point before the end of term, we would also be incredibly grateful!
Please let me know by emailing Beaumont.Music@beaumont.herts.sch.uk.
- If anyone is able to lend a hand serving refreshments during the interval, we would also like to hear from you.
St. Paul's Church is a fitting venue to conclude Beaumont's musical activities for this academic year. Thank you in advance for all your help in making the evening a success.
