Songs for a New World Review/Lower School Musical News

Congratulations to everyone in the cast, band and crew. The two stunning shows were a testimony to all your hard work and we are really proud of you all. If you haven't already seen it, then you must read Gavin Plumley's review of the show by clicking here. For those of you who are interested in keeping up-to-date with professional music, drama and art news and productions, you really should check out Gavin's blog, Entartete Musik. Of course in the age of social media, links to all of his articles are posted on his Facebook page (click here to 'like' it), which of course is fed through to Twitter (follow by clicking here).

Finally, we are delighted to announce the Lower School Musical, Seussical. This will take place in the final week of term in July. Watch this space ( and the Drama Dept blog) for more details regarding auditions etc. The show will be open to Years 7-10 (although if you have been in Songs for a New World, you will not be eligible). Click here to get a flavour for the show, as well as getting to know some of the songs.

Have a restful half term!
